Fresh Linens and Careful Preparation
Fresh linens are used for every appointment.
The space is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized and reset between guests so that each appointment begins in a clean, private and carefully prepared environment.
Appointments are intentionally limited each day. This allows enough time for proper sanitation, fresh linens, preparation and an unhurried reset between appointments.
Appointments are not placed tightly together without adequate time to properly prepare the space.
The environment should feel clean, comfortable, calm and private from the moment you arrive.
What My Pricing Makes Possible
My rate structure allows me to maintain a higher level of preparation, privacy and personal attention.
It makes possible:

The rate is not only for the time spent together. It also supports the preparation, cleaning, privacy and professional standards surrounding the entire experience.
Privacy and Discretion
Your privacy is treated with the same care and respect as my own.
Any information you provide is used only for screening, communication, safety and arranging your appointment. I collect only the information reasonably necessary for those purposes.
Your personal information will not be sold, used for marketing without permission or shared with unrelated third parties.
Information should not be kept longer than necessary. Once it is no longer required for screening, safety, an active appointment or a legitimate record-keeping purpose, it should be securely deleted wherever technically possible.
Appointments are handled discreetly. Your name, appointment details, communications and personal circumstances are not discussed with other clients or publicly disclosed.
Photography, audio recording and video recording are not permitted. Neither person may publish, forward or share private messages, identifying information, appointment details or images relating to the other.
There are no unannounced visits or drop-ins.
The goal is for every client to feel comfortable knowing that their privacy, dignity and personal information are being handled thoughtfully and discreetly.
Screening and Personal Safety
New guests may be required to:
- Complete the private application
- Provide identification
- Provide references
These procedures are not intended to be intrusive. They help establish trust, reduce uncertainty and protect both people before meeting privately.
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.
I reserve the right to decline, cancel or end an appointment if:
- Information is false or misleading
- Personal or physical boundaries are ignored
- An unexpected person arrives
- The agreed appointment details are not respected
- The situation feels unsafe or uncomfortable
Mutual Respect and Boundaries
Clear communication and mutual respect are essential.
Guests are expected to:
- Arrive clean, prepared and on time
- Follow the agreed appointment arrangements
- Respect all personal and physical boundaries
- Never photograph, film or record
- Never bring another person without prior approval
- Communicate respectfully before, during and after the appointment
- Review the Etiquette and Contacting Me information before making direct contact
Comfort, consent and boundaries may be discussed at any point.
Either person may pause or end an appointment if they feel uncomfortable.
Luxury is not only how something looks. It is the care, preparation, privacy and respect surrounding the entire experience.
